I think I mentioned once or twice the Prime Directive (http://www.retrospectives.com/pages/retroPrimeDirective.html) at the start of our XP adoption, but I haven’t had to repeat this ever again. We seem to inherently understand, as a team, the Prime Directive. I can’t imagine working on another team that would have this problem. This really allows us to be honest and come to better solutions more quickly to the things that are getting in our way.

Either that or I’m a completely insensitive clod, which, could be true, but then I wouldn’t care and even if I did I wouldn’t know what to do to change. Someone stop me now… (Incoming soft toys! 8))
